Enjoy my new single, Young Girl Lost. This song is a ballad, spoken word track about the sex trade of women in Asia and the improper upbringing of some American women. Both of these issues have caused young girls to become lost. This style is completely new- with poetry, R&B and Hip-Hop fused.
There is a serious issue with women being tricked out of different countries under the false pretense of being given a better life in other countries. After getting to these various countries, these women’s lives become worse than they were in their underdeveloped nations, when they become trapped in the sex slave trade. These women are force to perform sexual acts until they have earned a set amount by a pimp, or either they are in an even worse deal where they will live this existence, and their children will live this existence as well until their captors are captured.
This track also discusses an issue with young girls having poor role models at home in America, which leads to them accepting less than desirable conditions when entering into romantic relationships, which will lead to complicated issues that high school aged girls should not have to deal with.
This song is produced by Michael Todd, who is a previous drummer for the late Jazz artist and Utah Jazz basketball star Waymond Tisdale. Michael is also a digital recording artist for numerous artist currently in all genres of the music industry.
This track is filled with elements from Hip-Hop, Soulful R&B, Neo-Soul and Spoken Word all wrapped up into one.
