The soulful diva was found dead in her London home. The cause of death has not yet been announced. Her family hasn’t chose to release a statement.
Last month, Winehouse canceled her European tour after she swayed and slurred her way through barely recognizable songs in her first show in the Serbian capital of Belgrade. After she was booed and off stage, she flew home and her management said she would take time off to recover.
Winehouse was last publicly seen at a London concert on Wednesday when she joined her God daughter Dionne Bromfield on stage. In that appearance, Winehouse danced with Bromfield and encouraged the audience to buy her album, before leaving the stage.

“THE FAMILY LEADER,” a group run by failed GOP candidate Bob Vander Plaats, last week solicited GOP presidential candidates to sign a pledge giving their support for traditional marriage, entitled “The Marriage Vow–A Declaration of Dependence upon Marriage and Family” as the first step in potentially earning their support for the 2012 election. Slavery had a disastrous impact on African-American families, yet sadly a child born into slavery in 1860 was more likely to be raised by his mother and father in a two-parent household than was an African-American baby born after the election of the USA’s first African-American President.
Additional parts of the marriage document suggest that being gay is a choice and support of banning pornography.
MY ANALYSIS-
I agree 100% that African American families should have had higher percentages of family unity during slavery. If white people owned African American men and women and controlled who bred like how people control dog breeding, there will naturally be unity within the African American family. All of my dogs always stayed together when I kept the fence locked. African American men and women during slavery were branded and killed if they left the plantation they were owned by, so it wasn’t easy to leave your family because you wanted to, like all races do in these times. If white men and white women, or any other race for that matter were owned by other people, and forced to breed to make other slaves and stay together, I assure you that they would have a divorce rate close to zero as well.
This group choose to make an unsubstantiatied racist claim toward the African roots of President Barrack Obama, without any regard for intellectual dishonesty. Now since the document they signed has been dissected and analyzed, the two candidates merely required that the racist language be removed, but they still support the group that created this document in the first place.
Call me simple, but I don’t understand. Gay people call themselves Gay all the time. When a homosexual guy admits to a girl that likes him that he likes guys, he may say “I can’t be with you, because I’m gay”. There are numerous homosexual organizations that homosexuals are members of that have “Gay” in the actual title of the organization, like the International Gay and Lesbian Association, the International Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer Youth Foundation-the list goes on and on. I just don’t understand why they get so upset when someone uses it as a bad word to insult someone. Contrary to popular “Gay” belief, most people don’t think men should have anal or oral sex with other men, so the term of their relationships is seen as a bad thing amongst straight people, which makes calling a man “Gay” an effective insult.
M-Bone of the Cali Swag District died Sunday night in a drive-by shooting in his hometown, Inglewood, California.
Cali Swag District’s biggest hip-hop hit came in 2010 with the song “Teach Me How to Dougie.”
M-Bone/Montae Talbert, was sitting in a car in the 400 block of North LaBrea Avenue when a car pulled up next to his and someone fired two rounds that hit the rapper in his head, Inglewood Police Lt. Steve Overly said Monday.
Talbert, 22, died later at a hospital, according to Officer Overly.
Preliminary reports on the model of car that was involved have not been confirmed, he said.
Greg Miller, the rap group’s representative, said Talbert was “the victim of a random act of violence.”
The GOP is really grasping at straws now. Common and Jill Scott have been invited to the White House for a poetry event. Please tell me, when did Common become a gangster? They have found one metaphor where Common said “Burn a Bush for Peace” and they are labeling that as an assassination calling on former President George Bush. Obviously, this wasn’t a threat, because I remember the Secret Service pulling a 10 year old girl out of 5th grade and threatening her in a janitors closet for drawing a picture of a knife going through G Dubs head. If Common would have been seen as someone threatening the President, he would have no doubt been questioned about it.
Now because Common and Jill Scott promote relationships between two black people, they are both said to be racist. There is nothing wrong with being attracted to a person in your race and feeling like people should be with people like them. I personally don’t see a problem with interracial relationships if the people are with each other because they love each other and not just with the other people because they want to be with someone in a particular race. I personally have black male friends that only date white women. I personally believe that these men have self hate issues if they can’t find one black woman that is worth their time. I also see some black women that only date white men, I feel that these women have issues as well. Someone isn’t a racist because they feel that black people should try to create black families.
The GOP is desperate if this is their attack for the week.
How can you watch a man try to pull your daughter out of a swimming pool by her hair because he didn’t think she was swimming fast enough? Of course they should have pressed charges on the assistant coach for assault and battery, and sued the school system for having a moron like this on the school staff. I personally believe that I would have been so pissed off that after I finished beating that coach for picking my baby up by the hair, the judge probably would say, “He only pulled your daughters hair a little, and you disfigured the man’s face, kicked some of his ribs into his lungs, and broke all of his limbs”. I think this is one of those times when you give someone your wallet so they can bail you out and be prepared to do your 12 months probation and community service.
Some people are too divisive to appreciate one of the happiest days in American History, which is why America is like it is today. Some people just can’t accept a good thing and appreciate it for what it is. All day, there have been die hard republicans just boiling over with hate, because Barack Obama has ordered a team of Navy Seals to kill the Satan’s earthly five star general, Osama bin Ladin.
This is the first time since the downfall of Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany that all Americans are unified on a common victory and you still have republicans running around trying to politicize the killing of bin Ladin. The truth needs to be told- George W. Bush gets credit for chasing Bin Ladin for seven years and Barrack Obama gets credit for reducing troops in Iraq, increasing troops in Afghanistan and making the call to chase Osama Bin Ladin in Pakistan where he was hiding. When President Barrack Obama was campaigning for the Presidential Office, he said that bin Ladin was in Pakistan and he was going to pressure the Pakistani government to provide assistance in cornering Bin Ladin in.
America did a good thing today by killing the man responsible for planning the September 11th attack on American citizens. Our President did a good job of listening to the right people and listening to good intelligence.

According to separate reports published tonight by the Trentonian News Paper in New Jersey and the New York Times, Bin Ladin is dead. CBS reporter Jill Jackson tweeted that a House Intelligence Committee aide confirms that Osama bin Laden is dead, and the U.S. has the body.
According to the Trentonian, Donald Rumsfeld chief of staff Keith Urbahn tweeted: “So I’m told by a reputable person they have killed Osama Bin Laden. Hot damn.”
It is rumored that the White House says President Barack Obama is making a late-night statement, but is not announcing the topic that he will discuss.
I just got a phone call from my brother that works at DCH hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, which is an area that was heavily hit by the tornado last week. He told me that one of his co-workers home in Alberta City was hit pretty hard by the tornado and he went to the lot where his home was and he was looking around for some clothes in this dilapidated structure that used to be his house. As he was looking around, a man pulled a large handgun, possibly a .45 out and pointed it in his face and told him that he needs to get out of his territory. The co-worker explained to the looter that this was his house and he was just needing some clothes so he could try and wash something and go to work. The looter then told the poor man, “Alright, but don’t get nothing else but clothes man”.
That just tears me up. The penalty for theft is not murder, but this is one of the worst things to ever happen to Alabama. This tornado has killed more of us and caused more harm to us than Hurricane Katrina. If thugs are using this as an opportunity to terrorize and rob citizens, they should be dealt with in the most violent way possible within the law. I wish that co-worker would have had a gun and got his up before the looter and tried and sentenced him right there on the spot.
